Sr. Manager/AGM - IT & ERP

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS Lead overall IT & ERP operations of factory & head office. Manage ERP system implementation, maintenance, and improvement. Ensure smooth operation of networking, servers, hardware, and software. Manage CCTV, access control, biometric, and other IT-related systems. Troubleshoot major IT and ERP issues and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with ERP vendors, ISP, and software providers. Maintain data security, backup, access control, and system availability. Ensure IT compliance and support customer/audit requirements. Manage the team, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance. REQUIREMENTS Strong knowledge of ERP systems and IT operations. Knowledge of networking, servers, hardware, and software. Knowledge of CCTV, biometric, access control, and security systems. 8–14 years of experience in woven factories. BSc./MSc. in CSE. IT, ERP, Networking, Cybersecurity certifications.
